Brewing Instructions
Making chai is fun and easy for people of all ages. Just follow the instructions for your favorite blend.
NINE SPICE
Makes approximately 32 oz.

First, give the package a good shake before scooping the blend. ​

Add 1 quart of water to the pan.

Add 2 Tablespoons of Nine Spice
-
Add 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
-
Simmer for 15 minutes over medium/medium low heat, stirring frequently
-
Turn off heat and steep to taste.
-
Carefully strain into 2 large cups or a quart jar.
-
Add milk, cream, or plant based milk to taste.
-
Store leftover chai in a sealed quart jar in the refrigerator and drink within 2-3 days.
Brewing Tips​

Use the back of a spoon to smash open the cardamom pods for more cardamom flavor

Taste while brewing and add sugar or chai as needed

To brew latte style, use 16 oz. of water and 16 oz. of milk. If using plant based milk, use 1 quart in place of water. We recommend Oat Milk.
COCOA SPICE

Add 2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Spice

Add 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
