The chai spice blends can be made many different ways

Besides the basic preparation instructions

"Chai Kitty Says" (This Is How We Do It)

You can prepare CHAI almost anywhere and in anyway you would like

  • Chai Tea
  • Chai Latte
  • Cocoa Latte
  • Golden Milk
  • Cold Brew (soak tea and spices in cold water for 24+ hours, strain and use)
  • French Press (steep for ten minutes or more)
  • Grind the spices in a mortar & pestle or with a spice grinder or a clean coffee grinder
  • Roast the spices in a hot pan (quickly) right before you prepare your CHAI
  • Use any milk that you normally do, Dairy, Oat, Almond, Hemp, Coconut; allowing for the products ability to take heat 
  • Canned coconut milk makes for a rich creamy addition, and is vegan
  • Don't use sweeteners? Try Whipping Cream on top!
  • Have you tried "Cheese Tea"? A Cream Cheese and Whipping Cream topping (What???!!!)
  • Any sweetener can be used when sweetening your CHAI; organic sugar, date sugar, coconut sugar, agave, honey and maple syrup are all excellent choices on the stove top
  • Stevia or other heat sensitive alternative sweeteners can be added directly to your cup
  • Store extra CHAI in a mason jar in refrigerator
  • Use extra CHAI for 
  • Iced CHAI
  • Dirty CHAI (coffee is your cream)
  • Lattes
  • Frappes
  • CHAI ice cubes
  • CHAI smoothie
  • CHAI pudding
  • Ice cream
  • even in your hot cereal  :)
